Quotes from "At First Sight" by Nicholas Sparks

I have never read a Nicholas Sparks book before, this is the first one. This book is a sequel to "True Believer" and interestingly I haven't read the first book yet.

Can you even hear how ridiculous you sound? You can't marry someone if you don't even know how old she is.. (p. 9)

“It happened to all writers at various times, he knew, and there was no magic cure, simply because all writers approached their craft in slightly different ways. Some wrote in the morning, others in the afternoon, still others late at night
.” (p. 83)

“Since when had food become such a reflection of character? If he ordered something healthy, he was a good person; if he ordered something unhealthy, he was bad? (p. 95)

Book Blogger Hop: Jan 24th - 30th

Book Blogger Hop
Welcome to the Blogger Hop hosted by Billy from Rambling of Coffee Addicted Writer. This weekly feature is a great way to connect with new people in the book blogging world. This week's Hop question was suggested by me.
This Week's Question:
Do you think you will ever read every book in your TBR stack?

My Answer:
Well, I know that it's a "No" but I don't want to say it as it'll demotivate me. When I buy a book I don't even think when I'm going to read it. So my TBR keeps piling up. I still haven't read all the books that I bought in the last 2-3 years.

Book Blogger Hop
Welcome to the Blogger Hop hosted by Billy from Rambling of Coffee Addicted Writer. This weekly feature is a great way to connect with new people in the book blogging world. This week's Hop question was suggested by me.
This Week's Question:
Do you blog for a living or for fun?

My Answer:
Reading is my passion. And blogging is part of it. I like to be connected to the people like me, who eat, sleep, and breathe books :)
I think that's about it.

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

Review:

There are very few books that have touched me. And The Book Thief is one of them. The book is narrated by "Death." And it's bound to make you cry. In a small town in Nazi Germany lives a girl, Liesel Meminger, having a mysterious past, who finds a new home and foster parents, the Hubermanns, at Himmel Street, Munich. She lives with a Jew-lover foster-father and a cardboard-faced foster mother. And it needs no guessing that Liesel is the book thief.

I've never read a Nicholas Sparks book. I don't normally read romance, but when my sister brought this one from library, I got real curious.

Book Blogger Hop: Jan 10th - 16th

Book Blogger Hop
Welcome to the Blogger Hop hosted by Billy from Rambling of Coffee Addicted Writer. This weekly feature is a great way to connect with new people in the book blogging world. This week's Hop question was suggested by me.
This Week's Question:
Are you a book blogger purist? Do you only have book related posts or do you review/post on anything/everything that catches your eye?

My Answer:
To be honest, I have never written anything on my blog besides "books." I never felt like doing that. I created this blog for books, and I think it'll remain like this. That's why it's called: Kero's Book Blog.
