Top Ten Tuesday (Mar 1)

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. This meme was created to share our Top Ten lists with other bookish folks! Everyone is welcome to join.
If you can't come up with ten, don't worry about it---post as many as you can!

This week's topic:
Top Ten Dynamic Duos
These are the BFFs, partners in crime, powerful couples, and general groups of awesome people that I just can't get out of my head!

1 Emma & George Knightley from Emma - One of my favorite couples! I'm currently reading the unabridged version of the book.

2 Jane Eyre & Edward Rochester from Jane Eyre - Another classic couple! I will never forget they had more or less twenty years between them. Still, I like them.

Heathcliff & Catherine from Wuthering Heights - I have read the book twice. Whether you talk about heroes, villians or couples, my answer never completes without the mention of Heathcliff.

4 Elizabeth Bennet & Mr. Darcy from Pride & Prejudice -

5 Fred & George from the Harry Potter Series - The Weasley identical twins are one of the unforgettable favorite characters in the Harry Potter books.

6 Henry & Clare from The Time Traveler's Wife - I loved the story, loved the pair of them.

7 Tommy & Tuppence from The Secret Adversary by Agatha Christie - The husband-wife crime solver duo later appeared in many mysteries including Partners in Crime and N or M?

8 Phileas Fogg & Passepartout from Around the World in Eighty Days - The master-servant duo. I still don't know why I included them.

9 Darby Shaw & Gray Grantham from The Pelican Brief by John Grisham

10 Luke Harding & Malc from Malcolm Rose's Traces Series - Don't tell me I can't include robots. The forensic investigator and his robot assistance would make somewhat unusual duo, I know. (No picture, sorry)
