Q. Do you have a favorite hero/heroine? What made them stand above all the rest?
A. Favorite Hero:
Someone asks me to pick a favorite hero, I always pick one from the Classics. This is Sidney Carton from the book "A Tale of Two Cities" by Charles Dickens. Well, there was the love triangle between Sidney, Charles, and Lucie, and Carton did the thing for the sake of his love that his counterpart could never do: an act of self-sacrifice. This book had the tragic ending I haven't come across in any other book so far.
As of recent, Kardith. She's a woman Ranger who appears in Deborah J Ross' book Northlight. Although she has suffered a tragic past, she's a brave woman and a knife fighter who sets out to find her lost partner.
Q. Was there a hero/heroine who thought fell flat, that you might have wanted to love but couldn't?
A. One and only. Edward Cullen from Twilight (The Twilight Saga #1). I personally think that he was too perfect to be a hero. I mean really every person has one weakness or other but according to Bella, Edward is the most perfect guy. I don't agree that a hero has to be that perfect.
Thanks for linking up! And I had a laugh at Edward. I totally agree.
