Worst cover? What is the worst cover of a book that you've read and loved?
My Answer:
It's the second part of the question which makes it difficult to answer. Anyway my answer is The Hanging Garden by Ian Rankin. I absolutely loved this Inspector Rebus novel. In fact, it was the first Inspector Rebus book I ever picked up. What set me off is the man without a face on the cover of the book.
Although the book cover goes with the story, about the horrible hanging of innocent people during WWII, every time I look at the book I feel uneasy.
