Book Blogger Hop: March 8th - 14th

Welcome to the New Blogger Hop, thanks to Billy from Rambling of Cofee Addicted Writer. I have been away from the blogging world for a coupple of months that I never realized when did the Hop end and was relaunched again. Anyway, the Hop is here, thanks to Billy again.
This Week's Question:
What is your favorite book set in a different country than the one you live in?

My Answer:
All the books I have read so far were set in a different countries. However, since the question  is about favorite book, I would say:
Footsteps in an Empty Room by Lilly Sommers (Amazon | Goodreads)
[historical fiction, paranormal, romance]

The book is set in Colonsay, Australia, and as a matter of fact, it's the only Aussie book I have read. It's a historical fiction, set in a big historical house of Colonsay, the inheritor of which is a girl, Rosamund, returning home after a long time. Some mysterious things start happening in the house and Rosamund discovers some long-ago buried family secrets.
I absolutley loved this book!
